Established in December 1999, Futuristic Computer & Consulting Services, LLC (FCCS) is a for-profit, minority owned; Milwaukee Central City based, Information Technology Incorporation. Historically located at 1915 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Milwaukee, WI 53212 #240D, our offices give our clients/employees a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Its founder, Raymond Richard brings over three decades of diversified experience in Company Ground-Level IT Start-Ups, Network Topology and Strategic Planning. IT Strategic Proficient in Network Troubleshooting, Hardware & Software installations and configurations, with server (Novell Netware & SAA, Microsoft 2008, 2003, 2000, NT, Exchange, Host Integration and Lotus Notes, Citrix), Active Directory and switches (Cisco and 3Com). Software (Microsoft Server 2008, 2003, 2000,NT, Windows 2007, Vista, XP, 2000 and Visio, Track-It, Attachmate Extra). Preserved Data Integrity, network backups and restores (Arc Serve, VERITAS, Backup Exec), Disaster and recovery, VoIP, IIS, VPN, and ISDN. FCCS has Extensive background experience with mainframe computers (IBM AS400, 370/158 and the Hewlett Packard Eagle) and operations, Help Desk Support and Technical Support. Currently FCCS contracts with the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) where our technicians provide support services in MPS schools and its warehouse. FCCS also, provides other business and private schools (NTCA), churches (NTC, NTCC) with outstanding problem research, troubleshooting, resolution skills, technical support and training in computer operations and application usage.
